Terms of Service

When you buy a belt, you get lifetime access to the lessons, challenges, and AI tutor sessions inside that belt, along with the certificate awarded on completion. The teaser course is free of charge. Pricing for each belt is shown at checkout in South African Rand and is inclusive of VAT where applicable. Your purchase is for a single learner account; one person per account.

To keep the platform safe and useful for every learner, you agree not to:

• reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any part of the platform or its AI prompts;
• scrape, crawl, or mass-download lesson content, AI responses, or any other material on the site;
• use the AI tutor or any feature to generate unlawful, hateful, defamatory, or sexually explicit content involving minors;
• share your account credentials. One account per person. Team access is sold separately through our corporate plans.

Breach of these rules can lead to suspension under section 7.

Our lesson content, course structure, narrative, character artwork, and AI prompts remain the property of VisionForge (Pty) Ltd. You may use them for your own learning but not redistribute, republish, or train other AI systems on them.

Anything you type into the AI tutor (your prompts) and the responses you receive (your outputs) belong to you. You can use them however you like, including commercially.

By using the platform, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use anonymised excerpts of your sessions for quality improvement, model evaluation, and safety review. Excerpts are stripped of identifying information before any human reviewer sees them. You can opt out at any time by raising a Data Subject Access Request under our privacy policy.

Every belt comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you change your mind for any reason within 30 days of purchase, email hello@visionforge.academy with the address on your account. We refund the full amount to the original card. The credit usually appears in 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Akira, our AI tutor, is designed to teach. Like any AI, she can occasionally produce answers that are incomplete or wrong. Treat her output as a starting point, not a final authority. Nothing she says is medical, legal, or financial advice. For decisions in those areas, speak to a qualified professional.

If you break section 3, we may suspend or close your account. We will email you first with the reason and a reasonable window to respond, unless the breach is severe enough that immediate suspension is required to protect others. If we close your account for reasons other than serious misconduct, we refund any belts you have not yet started, on a pro-rated basis for any belt already in progress.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with the platform is limited to the total amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

How we handle your personal data is set out in full in our privacy policy. In short: data is stored in the European Union (Frankfurt, eu-central-1), processed by named subprocessors listed in that policy, and never sold to advertisers.

If we materially change these terms, we will email registered users at least 30 days before the change takes effect, and update the date at the top of this page. If you do not agree to the new terms, you can close your account during the notice window and request a pro-rated refund under section 12.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dublin. If you are a learner resident in South Africa, nothing in these terms removes the rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008, including the right to fair value, the cooling-off period for distance sales, and access to the National Consumer Commission for complaints.

You can close your account at any time by emailing hello@visionforge.academy. If you close your account before finishing a belt, we refund the remaining value on a pro-rated basis (price of the belt, less the share already completed). Completed belts and their certificates remain yours to keep.
